Paying by card
You can pay by card issued by VISA, MasterCard and Diners Club. When you choose to pay by card, you must give the card number, card validity and the CVC code which can be found on the back of you credit card.

We have 30 days right to return policy after the package is received. You have the right to open the packaging to examine the art, but it must be "unused" for us to accept the return. Our art must be returned in original packaging. We pay back the price you paid for the products, but you as the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Please contact us prior to returning the art.

If something is wrong with your product or delivery please contact us at Arte Limited as soon as possible. Claims must be made within 5 days after you received the package. We stand for all shipping costs for approved claims. We at Arte Limited follows the European Union recommendations in international trade.

Normally we deliver your art in 5-10 days after we received your order. If there is another and longer delivery on a specific item, its the amount of working days specified on the product which is correct. If the unlikely event of delay with delivering your product we will contact you in time by either phone or email.
We reserve the right to charge you the cost of shipping, handling costs and so on if you do not pick up your package at your local station.
We deliver our art world wide! No mather where you live, we will off course ship our art right to your door step.
The shipping cost for each country will be added to your order at checkout when you select your home country for delivery. It varies from € 9-26, depends on how far away from Italy you are living, and how big artwork you are ordering. We are trying as hard as we can to minimize the shipping-cost for you. Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your order. Check your order confirmation that everything is correct, if there would be any questions please contact our customer service team by telephone or e-mail. Then make sure to have your order number or customer number ready so we in the simplest way can help you with the matter.
The minimum age to buy our art is 18. Are you under 18 it require parent's approval. However, we have no automated systems that are eliminating purchases by minors, but would it cause problems with this case we have 30 day return policy. Contact us so we can make repurchases on the order and cancel the minor's account with us.
In connection with registration in our customer database, and when ordering our art you agree that we will record and store your personal information in our database. We take care of your personal information and it will not end up with a third party.
